Yimin (Amy) Ge

I am an Impact Analytics Researcher at Solace Health. Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Department of Health Policy and Management, the Center for Mental Health and Addiction Policy (CMAP), and the Hopkins Business of Health Initiative (HBHI). I received my Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. 

My research examines how policies, market interventions, and health care systems shape access to care, quality of care, and health outcomes. As a health economist and policy researcher, I use advanced quantitative methods and large-scale administrative data to evaluate policy reforms and health care interventions, understand patient needs, and identify opportunities to improve care delivery. I also employ qualitative methods to bring contextual depth and real-world perspectives to my analyses. Collectively, my research aims to inform evidence-based policy and practice, with particular attention to populations facing socioeconomic disadvantages and barriers to care.
